Times Health Club is a free, simple to use website that gives you the motivation and support to reach your health goals.
How much does Times Health Club cost to join?
Absolutely nothing. Joining the Times Health Club community is free.
How does it work?
The focus of Times Health Club is simple. Nutritionists, personal trainers, medical experts and psychologists identify motivation, support and accountability as the most important elements of achieving any health goal.
You'll also get these great features when you join Times Health Club:
- Your Personal Profile - Write your personal profile, update your status, add photos, write a blog, display your friends and groups, add and edit your goals.
- Set and monitor your goals - Whether you want to lose weight, quit smoking or simply do a bit more exercise to help you feel healthier you can choose goals to aim towards and monitor your progress over time. Day after day and week after week, you'll notice results.
- Member Community - Find new companions who share your goal in the Times Health Club member area and add them as friends, send other members messages and chat in a variety of forums.
- Groups - Join a group to find like-minded people, get top tips tailored to your needs, plus motivation and support. There are a huge variety of these which offer help on everything from giving up smoking to finding a lunchtime running buddy. And if you can't find a group that meets your needs, you can create your own.
What information will other members see?
That's up to you.
You can choose to have your profile viewable by all other members or just those you choose to add as friends or even no one if you want to keep your activity on the site private . You can change this in the privacy settings area of your profile page.
You can also choose to keep certain goals private when you set up or edit them.
