Do you have a burning question about fitness? Want it answered by an expert? James Duigan is here to help, with a fortnightly Q&A session especially for members of The Times Health Club.

James Duigan is a world-renowned personal trainer and the founder of BODYISM, an exclusive PT centre of excellence in London. The clientele is A-list and includes actors, supermodels, international royalty, athletes and captains of industry. James's unique approach to fat loss and his 'clean and lean' methodology deliver consistently unsurpassed results.

James and his team at BODYISM follow an integrated approach of 'clean and lean' - it starts by identifying toxins present in the body which inhibit the desired results, cleansing the body of these toxins, supporting it with cutting edge nutrition and supplements which then create the optimum condition to 'lean' the body through the correct exercise regime.

James practiced initially as an exercise specialist dealing with posture and spinal pathologies. He has worked closely for over a decade with Elle Macpherson, (known internationally as THE BODY) to mastermind her exercise protocols and continues in this role today. In addition, in recent years he has founded and developed BODYISM, the renowned centre of excellence in London. He and his business partner Dalton Wong and a team of professionals have collaborated with some of the world's leading authorities on fitness and health including the world famous Athletes Performance Company in Arizona in their search for the newest and most effective techniques and methodologies with the aim of delivering holistic health and beautiful bodies to his clients across the globe.

James lives in London with his fiancée.

As you can see, there's no-one better qualified to answer your questions - whether about maintaining general fitness, getting back into fitness after a break, training to help you recover from injuries, what equipment is best to use - there's no limit to the questions you can ask.

James will read all your questions and choose five to answer in detail, each fortnight on a Friday. Unfortunately James won't be able to answer every question, however if he's not able to answer yours this time, he'll certainly try to answer it within future sessions. The first set of questions and answers are available to read here, and the next session will be published on this site on January 29th. Ask your question now so you have a good chance of it being answered! (Closing date for questions for the next session - January 22nd.)
